The Carolina’s REALTOR’S Land Institute is pleased to announce that Rod Rogers, Accredited Land Consultant has been named the North Carolina-South Carolina Land REALTOR of the Year for 2013. Rod is one of only three Accredited Land Consultants in the SC Upstate and is an owner/broker at Metcalf Land Company in Spartanburg, SC. Rod specializes in land sales throughout the SC Upstate and Western NC.
Rod and his wife, Miranda have three sons and reside in Spartanburg. Rod is very active in the local Fellowship of Christian Athletes and teaches an adult Bible fellowship class at First Baptist North Spartanburg. He has also served as President of The South Carolina Chapter of the REALTOR’S Land Institute. Metcalf Land Company has specialized in Upstate SC land brokerage for over forty years.
